Matured in a combo of sherry casks and ruby Port casks from Portugal’s Douro Valley, this single malt boasts generous notes of dark berries and orchard fruits alongside creamy malt and baked goods at its core.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Fragrant and fresh – wild strawberries, raspberry compote, and floral meadow notes. A gentle touch of oak and spice hums underneath.
Palate
Bursting with bramble jam and redcurrants, followed by ripe orchard fruit and a swirl of vanilla cream. Hints of rosewater and heather honey add a delicate floral lift.
Finish
Lingering and elegant, with soft tannins, dried cranberry, and a little citrus zest to keep things bright.
